Secretary of State Clinton's Speech to USAID on Development

In her first speech to employees at the U.S. Agency for International Development within the U.S. Department of State, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton noted the positive attitudes toward the United States generated by health assistance programs such as PEPFAR and the Malaria initiative, and the positive impact such public health programs have on people’s lives throughout the world.
