To ensure the HHS Office of Global Health Affairs (OGHA) meets the objective of new Executive Order 13422 (http://www.whitehouse.gov/omb/inforeg/eo12866/eo12866_amended_01-2007.pdf) (White House) (PDF - 70KB), OGHA maintains a list of its guidance documents online. The public may offer comments on guidance documents for OGHA’s consideration, including comments on whether a document should be considered as "significant" or "economically significant" under definitions provided by the Office of Management and Budget [see Final Bulletin for Agency Good Guidance Practices:
